'Collect From Our Store’ enables you to place an order from our website without incurring a freight charge. This is ideal for those wanting to just call in and collect your order directly or in person. We advise that you select "Call Me For Payment" as the payment method on our payments page and pay for your order upon collection. Orders that are paid for by credit card online will be subjected to credit card verification when the goods are collection. No orders can be collected until all funds have been processed, verified and received in full.

Australia Post offers an Australia wide parcel post service. This is the most economical method to deliver your order Australia wide. Delivery time can take up to 4-5 days depending on your location. (Remote locations can take longer). Delivery times are not guaranteed as we have no control of delivery operations once your order leaves our warehouse. All orders do require a signature on delivery. No orders will be left on your door step.

Express Courier Service is the fastest way to receive your order. In most instances; orders placed with this service will be delivered to you the day after leaving our store (depending on your location). Refunds & Returns

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer or importer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We ask that you PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY and be certain of your selection before purchasing. As we are unable to re-sell film and consumable products after they have left our controlled store environment. We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on this type of product. This policy applies where you have chosen the incorrect product, product quantity or if you have simply changed your mind. We do not generally provide refunds, replacements or exchanges on any products under these circumstances or when the item equates to an unwanted or non-required gift.

Grey Imports

Grey imports or grey market items are products brought into Australia that have bypassed the official, authorised Australian distributor. These are generally referred to as ‘Grey’. Grey Market items can be sold on the internet where the items sometimes can be delivered to you directly from outside Australia.
