What are the store
opening times?

Do you do repairs?
Photo Continental
does not have a service or repairs department.
If an item was purchased from us and is still within the warranty period
then we will be happy to arrange dispatch to the authorized agent for
evaluation.
We are also happy to recommend local repair agents for equipment no longer
under warranty or not purchased from us.
Are you a duty
free store?
We are not a duty free store. However customers travelling overseas are
able to purchase goods from us and claim back the GST via the TRS system
(Tourist Refund Scheme). Forms are available instore and terms apply.
Can I purchase
online?
Yes you can purchase online with payment via Bpay, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that goods ordered online and paid via credit card will be delivered. We do not allow goods being paid for by credit card to be collected from the store.
Can you order an a special item in for me?
If we are able to source a specific item(s) from our suppliers that we
do not normally keep in stock then we are happy to place an order for
you. We will require a deposit of 30% of the total item(s) cost.
Can I purchase
from outside of Australia?
Yes we are happy to supply goods worldwide, however please note that we
are unable to accept credit card sales for overseas orders and will require
a bank transfer. More info is available on request.
Do you offer Lay-By?
Yes we offer a Lay-By period of 8 weeks and will require a 30% deposit.
Which credit cards
do you accept?
We accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Diners club.
We also accept payment via EFTPOS but do not offer a 'cash out' facility.
Do You Deliver?
Yes we do deliver Australia wide. If paying by credit card, for security reasons we will only deliver to a street address with the consignment being signed for by the card holder. All deliveries require a signature on delivery.
Refund policy.
Please choose carefully and be certain of your selection before purchasing. We are unable to re-sell film and consumable products after they have left our controlled store environment therefore we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on these products.
This policy also applies where you have chosen the incorrect products, product quantity or if you have simply changed your mind.
What are 'grey imports'?
Items not purchased through authorised Australian dealers
such as Photo Continental are often referred to as Grey imports.
Products
not purchased through an authorised dealer are usually not covered by
an Australian warranty. Photo Continental does NOT sell 'Grey Imports'
of items available through authorised Australian distributors or manafacturers.
